The only bad part is that the costs for supporting bluray is so rediculously super expensive I do not think the recording will jump Bluray mainstream. On the other hand, it is fast and very very quiet compared to my other external slim DVD + R /-R burner. It also has an internal battery. I was hoping to have an eSATA version itself, but oh well. Although the price it would be nice if it comes with a standard AC adapter that plugs into a wall instead of dual cured with dual USB connection but it was worth the purchase. I got the tray-load version, because it was faster than the union.
