But do not get me wrong, the Mac OS does not support Blu-ray at this time. After buying this, I use it on my windows bootcamp and works really well. No delay, unless you make a small Fastforward crazy. But after a week, I found a way to play Blu-ray on the Mac OS. First I downloaded a program called "MakeMKV". Install on Mac OS, then use this program to turn the blue-ray content in a MKV file with this player. I only need about 25 minutes to do it (using the iMac i7). After that, just sit back and enjoy the video and audio 1080p DTS HD beautiful iMac using VLC player. I recommend this player for Mac since it uses a power supply, no USB power, which is good because it has more power to push up the window, without delay and a faster speed to turn it into a MKV on Mac OS 15 of 15 people have found this review helpful. Sony hit a home run. In life, I bought this product for the chance to save Blu-Ray for personal use. I had the player for about a month and I must admit, the unit works well. Personally, I like this record because it has a separate power supply and do not pull on the power of the computer. It 'very quiet and does not heat after hours of operation. Works as described right out of the box. Easy to install and use. Disk very small and attractive than the compliments of my HP all in one office. I could not say more about this product. Worth the price. 17 of 19 people found this review helpful.
